Visa Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Counselor / Immigration Consultant to join our team in Karnal. The role involves providing expert guidance to clients regarding study visa, visitor visa, and other immigration pathways. The counselor will assess client profiles, recommend suitable options, and support them throughout the application process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Counsel clients on study abroad and immigration opportunities

2.) Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options

3.) Provide accurate information on visa requirements and eligibility

4.) Assist clients in documentation preparation and application submission

5.) Coordinate with internal teams for application processing

6.) Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update them on progress

7.) Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and country-specific guidelines

8.) Build and maintain strong client relationships

9.) Ensure high conversion through professional counseling

Qualifications & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of immigration and visa processes

• Familiarity with visa rules, documentation, and regulations
• Strong consulting and profile assessment skills
• Understanding of global immigration and cross-border procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling ability
