Job Description
n Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall accounting function of the organization. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in financial reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
