Job Description
Business Development Manager – Pharmacy Industry
*Salary:* 4.5-5LPA
*Location:* Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru
*Job Responsibilities:*
Meet medical retailers and promote company products in the assigned territory.
Generate orders and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy/medical store clients.
Handle and guide the field sales team to achieve business targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure market coverage.
Develop business opportunities and increase product visibility in the market.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
*Candidate Requirements*
Experience in FMCG or Pharma Industry is mandatory.
Prior experience in team handling and field sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable with extensive field work.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage territory operations effectively.
