Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
  • Estimate material requirements and monitor consumption.
  • Ensure timely completion of work within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor labour productivity and site discipline.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
