We are hiring Telecalling Loan Collections Executives to Handle outbound calls to customers for loan payment follow-ups and collections. Explain overdue amounts, payment options, and resolve basic queries professionally. Ensure timely collections while following company and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
· Any Graduate / 12th Pass
· Fluency in Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam (any one or more)
· Good communication and convincing skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· DRA Certification is an Added Advantage
