Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, customer enquiries, lead conversions, and website updates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp Business

* Reply to Instagram and Facebook messages/comments promptly

* Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms

* Coordinate and manage regular social media postings and promotions

* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities

* Maintain and update customer lead records

* Maintain and update the company website regularly

* Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, offers, and product/service updates

* Monitor engagement and generate basic performance reports

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management

* Strong communication and customer handling skills

* Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business

* Basic knowledge of website maintenance and content updates

* Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or design tools preferred

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to enquiries

* Sales-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

* Social media content planning

* Lead generation and conversion

* Basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge

* Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
