About Valli House of WeavesValli House of Weaves is a premium Indian ethnic wear brand focused on sarees, salwars, suits, festive wear, and handloom-inspired fashion. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can help grow our online sales, improve brand visibility, and manage day-to-day digital activities across social media, website, ads, WhatsApp, and ecommerce platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, content, customer behaviour, and performance marketing basics, and is ready to take ownership of digital growth.

Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing activities for Valli House of Weaves. The person should be able to coordinate content, manage social media pages, assist in running ads, track campaign performance, update products and offers, support WhatsApp enquiries, and work closely with the internal team to improve website sales.

This is not only a social media posting role. The candidate must be sales-focused and should understand that the final goal is to generate enquiries, website traffic, conversions, and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementManage daily social media activities for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and post reels, product videos, stories, carousels, and festive campaigns.
  • Coordinate product shoots, model shoots, styling content, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Write captions, hashtags, hooks, and call-to-action content.
  • Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Maintain a premium and consistent brand look across all pages.
  • Reply to comments, DMs, and basic customer enquiries in a professional manner.

2. Performance Marketing SupportAssist in planning and monitoring Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support campaign creation for product launches, festive sales, offers, and retargeting.
  • Coordinate creatives required for ads.
  • Track daily spend, leads, website traffic, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchase data.
  • Report which products, creatives, and audiences are performing better.
  • Work with the agency/freelancer/internal team to ensure ads are properly structured.
  • Ensure campaigns are focused on sales, not only likes or reach.

3. Website and Ecommerce CoordinationSupport the ecommerce website by keeping product and campaign information updated.

Responsibilities include:

  • Upload and update product details, pricing, images, offers, and stock information.
  • Ensure product titles, descriptions, categories, and images are clear and attractive.
  • Check website banners, landing pages, product pages, and offer sections regularly.
  • Identify website issues such as broken links, wrong prices, missing images, slow pages, or poor mobile experience.
  • Coordinate with the development team for website improvements.
  • Monitor abandoned carts, checkout issues, and product enquiry patterns.

4. Content Planning and Creative CoordinationWork with photographers, videographers, designers, models, and internal staff to create strong content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare weekly content plans.
  • Suggest reel ideas, product styling ideas, festive concepts, and campaign themes.
  • Coordinate product selection for shoots.
  • Ensure sarees and outfits are presented beautifully with proper styling.
  • Create content around occasions such as weddings, festivals, office wear, gifting, and premium ethnic wear.
  • Maintain a content calendar.

5. WhatsApp and Customer Enquiry SupportSupport online sales through WhatsApp and social media enquiries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer enquiries or coordinate responses with the sales team.
  • Share product links, images, prices, offers, and availability.
  • Follow up with interested customers professionally.
  • Track common customer questions and product demand.
  • Support WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for new arrivals, offers, and festive collections.
  • Help convert enquiries into orders.

6. Reporting and AnalysisPrepare simple and clear weekly reports for management.

Reports should include:

  • Social media performance.
  • Website traffic and sales performance.
  • Meta Ads and Google Ads summary.
  • Best-performing products.
  • Best-performing creatives.
  • Customer enquiry count.
  • Orders generated from digital channels.
  • Issues noticed and suggested improvements.
  • Next week action plan.

The candidate should be comfortable using numbers to understand what is working and what is not.

  • Required Skills1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, or ethnic wear.
  • Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of reels, stories, captions, hashtags, and social media trends.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce sales funnels.
  • Ability to coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Good written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand customer behaviour and product presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting.
  • Must be proactive, responsible, and sales-oriented.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with Shopify, WooCommerce, custom ecommerce websites, or any product upload system.
  • Experience in sarees, ethnic wear, fashion, boutique, or apparel brands.
  • Basic Canva design skills.
  • Basic video editing knowledge using Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, retargeting, and catalogue ads.
  • Ability to create simple ad copies and product-focused captions.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools.
