Job Description

Job Title: E-Commerce Operations / Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily incoming orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
  • Handle or coordinate picking, packing, and labeling of shipments.
  • Track shipments, manage RTOs, and resolve delays.
  • Support inventory management to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
  • Maintain reports on sales, returns, and operations (Excel/Sheets).
  • Address customer delivery inquiries to ensure smooth post-purchase experience.

 

Required Skills:

  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, order/inventory management systems like Unicommerce or ERPs, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Logistics Understanding: Knowledge of shipping aggregators, AWB generation, and basic warehouse operations.
  • Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field in e-commerce operations.
