About the Role

AGSKart Private Limited is looking for an experienced and visionary Holiday Head to lead our holidays business. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, develop attractive holiday packages, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Holidays vertical, ensuring business growth and profitability.
• Develop and launch domestic and international holiday packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and other travel partners.
• Drive B2B and B2C holiday sales through franchise and partner networks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the holiday sales and operations teams.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve holiday booking processes and customer experience.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure seamless travel execution.
• Analyze market trends and introduce innovative travel products.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience working with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
