Position: HR & Admin Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years
Location: Opp Manyata Tech Park, Veeranapalya Bengaluru-45
About the Role:
Bharaat Structurals is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven HR expertise, administrative skills, and strong communication abilities to support our growing organization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 2–3 years of hands-on HR and administrative experience
- Fluency in English and local languages
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation
- Proficiency in handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support payroll, attendance, and performance management processes
- Coordinate office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture
