Job Description
1. Supporting hiring activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
2. Managing employee joining formalities, induction programs, and onboarding documentation.
3. Monitoring employee attendance, leave records, and maintaining employee data.
4. Assisting in payroll processing, salary records management, and statutory compliance activities.
5. Maintaining employee files, contracts, appointment letters, and other HR records.
6. Supporting compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
7. Handling employee queries and supporting employee engagement and welfare activities.
8. Coordinating training programs, maintaining training attendance records, and related documentation.
9. Managing office administration activities including housekeeping, security, transportation, and facility management.
10. Coordinating with vendors, service providers, contractors, and maintenance agencies.
11. Maintaining office assets, stationery, consumables, and inventory records.
12. Preparing and maintaining accurate HR and administrative documentation and reports.
13. Communicating effectively with employees, management, customers, and external agencies.
14. Utilizing MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and other business applications as required.
15. Managing multiple assignments, schedules, and deadlines in a professional manner.
16. Resolving employee-related and administrative issues within assigned responsibilities.
17. Coordinating with all departments to support organizational and business objectives.
18. Organizing meetings, training sessions, employee events, and administrative arrangements.
19. Supporting company management systems, quality requirements, and compliance activities including IATF 16949, ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal policies as applicable.
20. Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time in the interest of the organization.
