HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, HR operations, policy implementation, and labour law compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR functioning.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage job postings on portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain recruitment trackers

2. Payroll & Compensation

• Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy
• Manage salary structure, reimbursements, and deductions
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and audits
• 3. HR OperationsManage employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Handle HR documentation, letters, and reports
• Address employee queries and grievances

4. Policies & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, etc.)
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure proper documentation as per legal requirements

5. Employee Engagement & Performance

• Support performance management processes
• Drive employee engagement activities
• Assist in training and development initiatives
