HR Recruiter: Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage job advertisements
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

2. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes and applications to match job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Shortlist qualified candidates for further interview rounds

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams
• Gather and share feedback post interviews

4. Candidate Engagement

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Provide a positive candidate experience
• Address candidate queries regarding role, company, and process

5. Offer Management

• Handle salary negotiations and offer discussions
• Roll out offer letters and explain compensation structure
• Ensure timely joining and reduce offer dropouts

6. Data & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports
• Track key metrics like closures, TAT, and conversion ratios

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all hiring processes follow company policies and legal guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation of candidates and hiring decisions
