About the Role

As an Inside Sales Executive | International Career Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients exploring overseas education, work, or immigration opportunities. You'll understand their goals, provide personalized guidance, and recommend the most suitable solutions while building lasting relationships and driving successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customers' career and immigration goals.
• Recommend suitable overseas career and immigration solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stay updated on overseas career and immigration programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, or Customer-facing Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
• Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
