Inside Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Target OwnershipOwn monthly and quarterly team sales targets

• Personally contribute to revenue through direct sales closures
• Ensure consistent conversion from leads to orders

2. Team Management & Accountability

• Manage and monitor a team of Inside Sales Executives
• Track daily activities: calls, follow-ups, conversions
• Hold team accountable for performance metrics
• Take corrective actions for underperformance immediately

3.Training & Onboarding:

• Train new hires on:
• Product knowledge (Palm products, pricing, margins)
• Sales pitch (B2B-focused)
• Objection handling & closing techniques
• Conduct continuous training & improvement sessions

4. Sales Process Execution

• Implement and enforce standard sales pitch
• Ensure proper lead qualification and prioritization
• Maintain strict follow-up systems for all leads
• Drive repeat business from existing clients

5. MIS & Reporting

• Maintain accurate reports on:
• Leads
• Conversions
• Revenue
• Team performance
• Products Sold Most
• Products sold least
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve conversions

6. Coordination:

Coordinate with:

• Production team (stock availability)
• Dispatch team (order fulfillment updates)
• Ensure smooth order flow from lead to delivery

Key KPIs:

• Team revenue target achievement (%)
• Conversion ratio (Lead → Order)
• Average order value
• Follow-up efficiency
• Team productivity (calls/day, closures)
• Repeat order rate

Eligibility:

Criteria2–5 years experience in inside sales (B2B preferred)

• Minimum 1 year experience in team handling
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and closing techniques
• Experience in FMCG / food products is a plus
