About UsSalonBoost is a modern salon management software designed for salons, spas, grooming studios, and beauty businesses across India. We help businesses manage appointments, billing, staff, marketing, customer retention, and daily operations through one easy-to-use platform.
We are looking for a confident and experienced Online Sales Executive who can communicate well, understand customer needs, and close software sales professionally.
Job RolePosition: Online Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Home)
- ResponsibilitiesContact salon and spa owners through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings
- Explain SalonBoost software features and benefits
- Generate leads and convert them into paid customers
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Maintain proper sales records and customer communication
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- RequirementsPrevious experience in sales is mandatory
- Experience in software/SaaS sales will be preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Must be confident in handling customer conversations
- Should have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working remotely
- Working HoursMonday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Additional Incentive: 5% commission on sales after achieving ₹1,00,000 in monthly sales
Example:
If total monthly sales cross ₹1 lakh, the employee will receive an additional 5% incentive on eligible sales.
