Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Engineer to manage the procurement of kitchen equipment, materials, and supplies. The candidate will ensure the timely availability of quality items at competitive prices while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure kitchen equipment, raw materials, and supplies as per requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages
• Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Implement cost-control measures and minimize wastage
