Job Title: Recovery executive

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound calls with clients professionally
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Explain company services and schedule appointments
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
  • Manage Excel sheets, CRM entries, and documentation
  • Verify and organize client information accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding leads and applications
  • Prepare daily reports and data updates
  • Requirements:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional language
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
  • Telecalling or customer support experience preferred
  • Strong data entry and record management skills
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
