Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Personal / Business Loans
Job Summary
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of tele-sales executives focused on personal and business loan products. The role involves driving team performance, ensuring high conversion rates through telecalling, and achieving overall sales targets while maintaining quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele-sales executives
- Monitor daily calling activities and ensure productivity targets are met
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Assist team members in handling customer queries and closing deals
- Conduct call monitoring, coaching, and regular feedback sessions
- Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up for maximum conversion
- Track and improve conversion ratios and sales performance metrics
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and team engagement
