Job Summary:
QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) mein Salesman & Cashier ka kaam customers ko attend karna, orders lena, billing karna aur excellent customer service dena hota hai. Candidate ko sales increase karne aur smooth counter operations maintain karne honge.
Responsibilities:
- Customers ka welcome karna aur orders lena
- Menu explain karna aur upselling / combo offers suggest karna
- Billing aur cash/card/UPI payments handle karna
- Accurate cash handling aur daily cash closing karna
- POS system operate karna
- Parcel, takeaway aur dine-in orders coordinate karna
- Customer complaints politely handle karna
- Counter area clean aur organized rakhna
- Offers, discounts aur promotions inform karna
- Team ke saath coordination karke fast service dena
