- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle offer rollout and joining coordination.
- Support branch-wise manpower planning.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
