Job Description

Job OverviewWe are looking for an Amazon Onboarding Executive responsible for setting up and onboarding new sellers on Amazon Seller Central. The candidate will guide clients through account creation, documentation, and initial setup to ensure smooth activation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in Amazon Seller Account Creation (Individual / Professional)
  • Complete KYC & Document Verification (PAN, GST, Bank details, Address proof)
  • Handle Brand Registry & Trademark onboarding support
  • Configure Seller Central settings (shipping, return, tax settings)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for catalog listing & account activation
  • Resolve onboarding-related issues and escalate when needed
  • Maintain onboarding tracker / CRM updates daily
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies during setup
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Understanding of E-commerce onboarding process
  • Good communication (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience in Amazon SPN / Agency
  • Knowledge of GST & E-commerce compliance
  • Familiarity with product listing & cataloging
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Ads / FBA / FBM
