Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts:

  • 1. Student Onboarding & Admissions SupportCoordinate with students after completion of the sales/enrollment process
  • Collect and verify all required student documents
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding formalities
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of student documentation
  • 2. Post-Sales CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for students post-enrollment
  • Provide continuous guidance and support throughout the admission process
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Admissions, Accounts) to ensure smooth processing
  • 3. Invoicing & Accounts SupportRaise invoices for enrolled students accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of invoices and payment statuses
  • Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
  • 4. University Coordination & Payment Follow-upsLiaise with partner universities regarding student admissions and payments
  • Track pending payments from universities
  • Follow up regularly to ensure timely receipt of payments
