Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities :
The Admissions & Administrative Coordinator shall be responsible for marketing activities, admission counselling and closures, fee collection, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Little Millennium Electronic City Centre while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and operational discipline.
You are expected to successfully deliver results in the below-mentioned areas and any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time
1.Admissions, Marketing & Parent Counselling
oPlan for direct and in-direct marketing and execute the same via employee.
oGenerate ideas for increasing footfall and admission conversion
oSuccessfully counsel prospective parents and close admissions efficiently.
oComplete admission formalities on FMIS / LM tool and ensure accurate data entry and invoices
oUpdate admission & payment details in the central repository
2.Fees & Finance Management:
oTrack and ensure timely fee collection from parents ( Academic and Transport fees)
oGenerate accurate fee receipts and maintain transparent records for school and Day care
oManage Petty cash and daily expense
oKeep all Month wise receipts for audit and tracking purpose
oManage Proeves / Other Organization Day Receipt generation for corporates
3.Parent Relations & Issue Resolution:
oHandle parent concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
oMaintain positive parent relationships to support retention
4.Parent Counselling, Admissions Support & First Point of Contact:
oAct as the first point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, inquiries, and feedback promptly.
oPlan Parent Orientation and Parent connect program
oBuild strong parent relationships to enhance trust and engagement.
oIdentify development needs for children, review with management and then discuss with Parents
5.Administration & Support Staff Management
oTrack and manage support staff (Support Staff, drivers, all vendors)
oEnsure premises is safe, clean, well-maintained, and school-ready at all times.
oHandle school transport operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
6.Backup for Academic Counsellor :
oHave a clear understanding to act as a backup for the Academic Coordinator.
oAlign with Academic Counsellor and cover up during her leaves ( i.e. alternate Saturday).
oPlan and execute monthly events and ensure teacher involvement
oOversee the logistics of celebrations, field trips, and other special activities in alignment with the curriculum.
