Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Computer Faculty to teach students from Grade 3 to Grade 10. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and technology-driven learning environment. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering computer education aligned with the school curriculum and promoting digital literacy among students.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver computer science and information technology lessons for Grade 3 to Grade 10 students.
• Teach fundamentals of computers, MS Office, internet usage, coding basics, programming concepts, and digital applications as per curriculum requirements.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab and ensure hands-on learning.
• Complete syllabus within the prescribed academic schedule.
• Evaluate students through tests, projects, assignments, and practical examinations.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
• Classroom & Student ManagementMaintain discipline and positive classroom behavior.
• Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Support slow learners and provide additional guidance when required.
• Motivate students to participate in technology-related activities, competitions, and projects.
• Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor computer lab equipment and report technical issues to the concerned department.
• Ensure safe and appropriate use of computers and internet facilities by students.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, PTMs, training programs, and school events.
• Coordinate with academic coordinators and management regarding curriculum and student development.
• Undertake additional academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of computer fundamentals and educational technology.
• Knowledge of programming languages/basic coding concepts will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle students across different age groups.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge for computer systems.
• Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / BCA / B.Sc. (Computers) or related field.
• B.Ed. qualification preferred for school teaching positions.
• Relevant teaching experience in schools is preferred.
• ExperienceMinimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
