Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned area
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly targets
- Expand market reach by onboarding new retailers and outlets
- Lead, train, and monitor field sales executives
- Ensure product visibility, placement, and availability in stores
- Plan and execute local promotions and sales activities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in handling distributors and field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of local market and retail network
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

- Experience in food products / masala / ready-to-eat category
