Job Description

Barista (Bubble Tea & Taiyaki Specialist)

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare bubble tea (boba) including milk teas, fruit teas, and toppings

Cook and serve taiyaki (Japanese fish-shaped waffles) with proper filling and presentation

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and hygiene standards

Operate sealing machines, tea brewers, and taiyaki molds

Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment

Handle customer orders and provide friendly service

Manage basic stock of ingredients like tapioca pearls, syrups, and batter

Requirements:

Experience in bubble tea / café / dessert outlet preferred

Freshers with interest in learning can also apply

Quick learner and able to handle rush hours

Good communication and customer interaction skills

Ability to work in shifts
