Job Description
- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Clearly explain the training program, its benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and the applicable scheme.
- Understand candidates career goals and address their questions with accurate information.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective candidates.
- Convert inquiries into Joining’s by effectively communicating the value of the training program.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the Joining process is completed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and Joining targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-up activities, and Joining’s in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the Joining’s and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Handle candidate objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Generate referrals from enrolled candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on the training program, Joining process, and scheme details to provide accurate guidance.
