Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate & qualify new leads through calls and emails.
- Handle customer inquiries, calls and service request
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales-related documentation
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to support business development
- Coordinate with customers, service technicians, vendors and internal teams
- Maintain CRM records, customer follow-ups and documentation
- Manage inventory, stock records and support day-to-day administrative operations
