Business Development & Sales Executive

We’re hiring a dynamic and motivated Relationship Executive – Farm Land Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential buyers for agricultural land through networking, cold calling, and market research, while building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, investors, land developers, and other stakeholders. You will evaluate farm land properties by analyzing key factors such as soil quality, water availability, location, zoning regulations, and agricultural potential, and create compelling listings and marketing materials to attract buyers. The role also involves coordinating site visits and farm tours, guiding clients with detailed property insights, and negotiating sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams such as legal, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth transactions, stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes, and actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities. Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools is also a key part of this role.
