Job Description
- Sales Generation:
- Selling various banking products like savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards, and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identifying and acquiring new customers for the bank through various means, including direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to promote further sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation:
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods like cold calling, market research, and networking.
- Sales Targets:
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets on a monthly and periodic basis.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring all sales activities adhere to the bank's compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Market Research:
- Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Customer Interaction:
- Handling customer queries, providing product information, and addressing customer concerns.
- Travel:
- Extensive travel within the assigned area to meet with customers and conduct sales activities
