Job Title: Chinese Chef

Job Description:  

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Chef with hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of Chinese cuisine. The candidate should be capable of delivering consistent taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes including noodles, rice, starters, and main course (veg & non-veg).  

- Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation as per restaurant standards.  

- Handle complete Chinese kitchen operations including mise en place, stock preparation, and inventory management.  

- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and food safety practices in the kitchen.  

- Innovate and introduce new dishes or variations to enhance the menu.  

- Monitor food cost, minimize wastage, and maintain efficiency in operations.  

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.  

Requirements:  

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.  

- Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques and flavors.  

- Ability to manage the Chinese section independently.  

- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.  

- Creative mindset with a focus on quality and consistency.  

Preferred:  

- Experience in multi-cuisine or high-volume kitchens is an advantage.  

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
