Collections Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Collection Executive to manage customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments for our lending portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional communication with customers, ensuring timely recovery, and adhering to compliance guidelines.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact delinquent customers through calls to follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage BL / PL / Auto Loan portfolios across different DPD (Days Past Due) buckets.
• Offer closure, settlement, or restructuring options as per company policies.
• Maintain calling discipline and track PTPs (Promise to Pay), callbacks, and payments.
• Ensure RBI guidelines and internal compliance standards are followed in all customer communications and data handling.
• Deliver a professional and respectful customer experience during all interactions.
• Maintain accurate call records, daily reports, and portfolio performance metrics.

• Requirements
• Experience: 0 to 4 years in collections, lending operations, or a similar role (not more than 3 years).
• Hindi language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of regional languages will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of collections or lending operations will be an advantage.

• Important Notes

• Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
• Week Off: 4 Rotational Week Offs
• Benefits: No PF and No Incentives applicable for this role.
• Attendance Bonus : 2k / Month
