Key Responsibilities


 Connect with prospective customers via calls to schedule high quality leads for sales.

 Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.

 Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team with qualified prospects.

 Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.

 Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion.

 Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.

 Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
