Job Description – Commis 3 (Chinese / Korean Cuisine)

Position: Commis 3 – Chinese / Korean Cuisine

Department: Kitchen / QSR

Industry: Food & Beverage (QSR Background)

• Responsibilities:Prepare and cook basic Chinese / Korean dishes as per kitchen standards.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Perform vegetable and meat cutting efficiently.
• Handle mise en place and time-based food preparations.
• Support senior chefs during kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proper handling of both veg and non-veg items.
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of Chinese / Korean cuisine.
• Good cutting and chopping skills.
• Fast and efficient in food preparation.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure QSR environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Team player with discipline and punctuality.
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in QSR or restaurant kitchen.
• Familiar with sauces, noodles, fried rice, grills, and Korean basics.
• Able to manage prep work within timelines.
• Qualification:Minimum 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred.
• Hotel Management or culinary background is an advantage.
