Key Responsibilities

1. Content Research & Development

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics to produce accurate, insightful, and engaging content.
• Create original content across multiple formats, including blogs, articles, newsletters, website copy, and marketing materials.
• Simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ensure all content meets high standards of originality, clarity, and grammatical accuracy.

2. Brand Alignment & Editorial Quality

• Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels.
• Edit, refine, and proofread content to align with brand guidelines and communication goals.
• Fact-check content thoroughly to ensure credibility and accuracy.
• Review and update existing content to keep it relevant, current, and impactful.

3. SEO & Content Optimisation

• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and metadata usage.
• Optimise content structure, readability, and formatting to enhance engagement and search visibility.
• Monitor content performance and make data-driven optimisation improvements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and growth teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Work with designers to ensure content aligns with visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
• Ensure content deliverables align with marketing objectives and timelines.

5. Time Management & Execution

• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently.

6. Continuous Learning & Adaptability

• Stay updated on content trends, digital platforms, and evolving audience behaviour.
• Explore new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve writing efficiency and impact.
