Job Opening: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – BOAT Process

We are hiring freshers for the Customer Support Voice Process associated with the BOAT (Premium Audio Brand).

Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Process: BOAT

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Languages: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (V5 Quality)

Salary Details:

  • CTC: ₹21,000
  • Take-Home: ₹17,000 (Approx.)

Shift Timings (Morning Shifts):

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days:

  • 6 Days a Week
  • Sunday Fixed Off

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong customer handling abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge
