Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Care Executive to handle customer calls, explain our services, and schedule service appointments for home appliance repairs and installations. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers and respond to service inquiries
- Book and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates
- Coordinate with technicians and service partners
- Maintain customer records and appointment details
- Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
- Explain company services and offers to customers
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Qualification
- PUC / Any Degree
