Job Description

  • Job RequirementsMinimum 6 months of relevant customer support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Clear and neutral communication with minimal MTI.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
