Job Description
As a Debt Management Executive, you will work closely with customers to help them
manage their dues by communicating effectively and setting up feasible repayment
plans. The role involves ensuring timely payments, resolving payment-related issues,
maintaining accurate records, and meeting defined goals while adhering to legal and
company policies
Key Responsibilities
● Ensure successful collections and meet performance targets.
● Communicate the repercussions of defaulting on loan repayments to customers.
● Make reminder calls to delinquent customers who have missed their EMI
payments.
● Coordinate with Field Executives and provide assistance as required.
