Job Role:
• Handling FMCG field hiring activities
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinating interviews and onboarding process
• Managing field recruitment requirements across locations
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle bulk/field hiring
