Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our car dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent across sales, service, administration, and leadership functions. In addition to recruitment, the role includes employee engagement initiatives and HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee communications.
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to build a positive employee experience within a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for dealership roles including:
- Sales Executives
- Service Advisors
- Technicians
- CRM Executives
- Accounts & Admin Staff
- Team Leaders and Managers
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and finalize candidate selection.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Employee EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Support retention strategies and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate recognition programs and employee appreciation activities.
- Assist HR in handling employee concerns and maintaining positive employee relations.
- HR Documentation & Letter GenerationPrepare and issue:
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- Increment Letters
- Transfer Letters
- Warning Letters
- Relieving & Experience Letters
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and documentation comply with company standards.
- Support onboarding documentation and induction formalities.
- Required SkillsStrong recruitment and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor practices
- Experience in employee engagement activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Experience4–8 years of recruitment/HR experience
- Prior experience in automobile dealership or automotive industry preferred
