Job Description for Zeny: Field Sales Executive:

For your first 18 months at Zeny, you are on the ground — in Bengaluru's auto stands, street markets, delivery hubs, kirana lanes, and chai tapris. You will meet India's daily earners where they are, understand their money lives, and bring them onto the Zeny platform for the very first time. 

You will be the reason customers saves their first ₹100 into mutual funds. That is real, tangible impact — and it starts on day one. 

But here is what makes this more than a field sales job: everything you learn in those 18 months becomes your competitive edge inside Zeny. You will know the customer better than anyone in the office. You will understand what makes them trust, what makes them leave, and what keeps them coming back. That knowledge — earned on the ground — is exactly what Zeny needs in its team leads, customer success managers, training leads, and operations roles as we scale. 

Field sales is where you start. It is not where you stay.

What You'll Do Every Day 

Scout and identify potential users across your assigned micro-markets in Bengaluru- reporting daily to sales manager 

Have real conversations with auto drivers, gig workers, delivery partners, and vendors — understand their savings habits and pain points 

Pitch Zeny Daily Savings in a simple, relatable, trust-first way (no script — real talk) 

Onboard customers onto the Zeny app end-to-end, from first conversation to first savings deposit 

Own your daily and weekly onboarding targets — you run your own funnel 

Feed ground insights back to the product and growth teams — your observations will shape how Zeny evolves

Completely comfortable with field-based work — most of your day will be outdoors, on the move 

Fluent in Kannada — you can hold a warm, natural conversation with anyone

Salary: 23k to 25k Salary Depends on Experience field Sales + Petrol allowances and Incentives 

One day interview and 1 day training for HRS Layout after training we can work with anywhere in Bangalore nearest location
