Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers through field sales, branch referrals, events, telecalling, and lead generation activities.
- Promote and sell credit card products to eligible customers.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, charges, rewards, and offers clearly.
- Assist customers with application forms and documentation requirements.
- Ensure proper KYC and compliance procedures are followed.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in the system.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful applications.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
