We are a well-established sweets and snacks manufacturing company, operating since 1998, and are expanding our market presence for our ₹5 snack products such as soan papdi and namkeen.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

* Visiting 25–30 retail outlets daily, including kirana stores, tea stalls, and bakeries

* Generating orders and ensuring regular product supply

* Ensuring proper product placement for maximum visibility and sales

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers

* Promoting company products and increasing market reach

* Collecting payments and managing basic credit cycles

* Monitoring stock movement and ensuring repeat business

* Providing daily updates on sales and market feedback

This is a field-based role, and candidates must be willing to travel within the assigned area and achieve sales targets consistently.

Salary & Benefits:

* Fixed salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

* Performance-based incentives

* Travel allowance (as applicable)

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in local language

* Knowledge of local market

* Prior FMCG sales experience preferred (not mandatory)

* Two-wheeler preferred
