Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a tech-savvy HR Manager to lead our people operations. You will act as the bridge between the engineering leadership and the team. Your mission is to maintain our engineering-driven culture, manage talent acquisition for niche tech roles, and implement performance systems that retain high-IQ, low-ego software developers.
Qualifications & requirements
Education:
- MBA in HR or equivalent Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of core HR experience, with at least 2 years exclusively in an IT/Software/Product company.
- Proven track record of hiring Software Developers (Java, Python, React, Cloud) at scale.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, or BambooHR).
- Working knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or LinkedIn Recruiter).
