HRO Delivery Manager – Hire to Retire (HRO)


Shift: Central European Time (CET)

Language Requirement: Fluent German (B2+ or above)

Role OverviewThe HRO Delivery Manager (Hire-to-Retire) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR service delivery across one or more HR functional towers. This role collaborates closely with global counterparts to ensure seamless, standardized service delivery to clients. The position focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, and enabling continuous process improvement.

The role requires strong domain expertise in HR operations, robust operational management capabilities, and effective bilingual communication skills (English and German) to engage with both internal and client stakeholders, particularly within German-speaking regions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end service delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring adherence to SLA/OLA commitments and consistent performance standards.
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks with clients, including regular reviews, reporting, and tracking of KPIs, risks, and issues.
  • Plan and execute key initiatives such as transitions, stabilization phases, process improvements, and automation programs, while tracking productivity gains and cost benefits.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions for timely resolution.
  • Capture, interpret, and deliver client requirements through structured processes, effective change management, and clear communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive service quality by ensuring compliance with standards, conducting audits, and implementing continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (operations, HR, finance, security, and vendors) to ensure adequate resourcing, compliance, and smooth delivery execution.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies (e.g., automation, process standardization, resource optimization) without compromising service quality.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate degree with 9–14 years of experience in service delivery and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices, delivery models, and HR business processes.
  • Proven experience in operational governance, SLA management, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
