Hiring For HR Recruiter
Company: Talent Corp Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Chakan, Pune
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per month
Requirement: Only Female Candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided database
- Explain job openings and company details clearly
- Screen candidates over the phone for basic eligibility
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records
- Support bulk hiring & mass recruitment drives
- Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and onboarding
- Learn end-to-end recruitment process step by step
- Ensure proper follow-up for interview attendance and joining
Education:
Any Graduate / MBA (HR Preferred)
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Candidates with HR Recruitment experience preferred
Skills Required
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with tele-calling and regular follow-ups
- Willingness to learn HR & recruitment processes
- Target-oriented and energetic personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel knowledge is an advantage)
