Job SummaryThe Recruitment Consultant is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for clients across multiple industries. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously, and delivering quality candidates within defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Coordinate interview feedback and follow-up activities.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/Recruitment Management System.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Meet recruitment KPIs such as closures, TAT, submissions, and interview ratios.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices.

• Experience handling IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or other industry hiring is preferred.
• Staffing agency experience will be an added advantage.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
