Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing core HR functions, supporting the employee lifecycle, and contributing to a positive organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations and resolve issues with a high degree of professionalism.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Executive/HR Officer or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
